Ali was extremely kind and professional from the moment I met him. He made me feel relaxed and gave me all the options available to me with the issues I had with breathing effectively through my nose. He provided me with before and after photos of some of the work he has completed with nasal issues in the past which filled me with much confidence. Once I decided to go down the route of having the Rhinoplasty procedure, Ali explained exactly what he would be doing to help increase the airflow through my nose so I could clearly understand the process. What I particularly liked was that even though he explained there was a minimal possibility of the procedure not working (just like all doctors/surgeons have to explain the very small possibility/risk with any procedure), he was able to fill me with immense confidence that he knew it would help me, and this can only be because of the amount of expertise and practice he has had with hundreds of successful procedures like mine. The assurance I felt from this interaction was so comforting. Another thing I found very personable is that he comes to greet his patients from the waiting room himself which may seem minor but this all adds to the overall experience in making you feel comfortable and confident. Five years previous, I had a Septoplasty by another surgeon/hospital to correct my deviated septum. Although my septum was straightened, unfortunately my nose collapsed slightly (Nasal tip ptosis) due to the removal of some of the cartilage in my nose. This, in addition to some other features of my nose made breathing difficult. Ali was able to lift my nose, strengthen my septum and make my nasal passages wider. I am writing this review the day after my nasal splits were removed (12 days after my Rhinoplasty surgery) and I can honestly say that I don’t think I’ve ever been able to breathe as well through my nose during my entire life. It’s so surreal and feels amazing. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on (what feels like all my life) how easy breathing through the nose should feel. I have my final follow up appointment in 3-4 months time just to check that everything is continuing to go as planned but as of right now this has been a complete success and I am so grateful for the work Ali has done to my quality of life. If you are in a similar position to what I was in, struggling to breathe through the nose, causing excessive snoring and/or sleep apnoea I would really consider having a rhinoplasty and I highly recommend using Ali as your surgeon. I know I am still in the early days of my recovery but I can’t begin to overstate the improvement of breathing through my nose.

After a number of Mir scans and tests at different hospitals over a long period of time, it was Dr Qureishi that finally diagnosed my illness which turned out to be a fairly serious problem, left untreated over time could have been life threating. When i had my first appointment with Dr Qureishi, he explained everything to me, the good and the bad and the importance of surgery, he advised me of the operation required in full detail, and the recovery period including driving and travel bans , also not to return to work to soon to avoid stress, he explained to me how important rest is to aid my recovery, how right he was i done everything as instructed, and my recovery has been a breeze and my trauma resolved , I would like to thank Dr Qureishi and his team for the care and attention they gave me. Mr Qureishi was very professional and knowledgeable and remembered all our previous consultations when he spoke with me. He kept me up to date with my surgery options and each set of pros and cons including risks and was happy to answer my questions.

I recently had an open septorhinoplasty due to a deviated septum with Mr Ali Qureishi and he was amazing from the first ENT appointment, to my last follow up appointment post op. I recently saw Mr Qureishi as an NHS patient for a condition which was very likely to be benign, but which could have been caused by rare, yet, serious conditions such as a brain tumour. He was enormously kind, clear, professional and informative in our consultation, going out of his way to explain all the key information. I was hugely impressed by his knowledge, thoughtfulness and communication skills and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

After a serious car accident in 1984, I have not had a functioning nose. Only being able to breathe on one side, also the appearance was unflattering to say the least. Four unsuccessful operations later, I was referred to Mr Qureishi. He operated on 23/05/25 rebuilding my nose using my rib, it was a very long surgery but at all times I felt cared for and confident in him and his amazing team. I am still in shock at the fantastic results , not only can I breathe but it looks amazing. Such a talented surgeon, I am thrilled it’s life changing, so many thanks…
