Mr. Ali Nader-Sepahi, is an exceptionally skilled and highly competent spinal surgeon who has provided my care over multiple complex procedures over several years, including cervical spine fusions and, most recently, lumbar decompressions at L4 and L5. All procedures were undertaken with successful outcomes. Throughout my care, Mr. Ali Nader-Sepahi, demonstrated exemplary clinical judgement. Surgical intervention was consistently approached as a final option, following thorough exploration and discussion of conservative alternatives. He took considerable care to explain the rationale for surgery, the anticipated benefits, potential risks, and possible complications, ensuring that I was fully informed prior to consenting. This process was conducted with clarity, honesty, and respect. Mr. Ali Nader-Sepahi’s communication skills are of a very high standard. He communicates effectively and professionally not only with patients, but also across the wider multidisciplinary team. This was evident in the coordinated care provided by theatre staff, nursing teams, physiotherapists, pharmacists, and other hospital personnel involved in my treatment and recovery.
