Mr Al-Lami, went above and beyond to reassure and help - he has a great patient relationship . My surgery proved to be far more complicated than originally thought but I came through it with Mr Al-Lami's skilled surgical skills. He was the best health care professional I encountered in my year long cancer battle and comes highly recommended ....

Ali, was kind, understanding and very thorough, I always felt welcomed, understood and aware of what was happening. Through a series of consultations, small operations and hearing tests, I'm happy to say that my hearing was vastly improved, all thanks to Ali and his experience, but also his "human touch", understanding and putting the patient first. I would like to say a massive thank you to Ali for his support and treatment throughout the process!

Mr Ali Al-Lami was very professional when I saw him last Thursday. Kind and considerate he was very careful when treating my left ear and was particularly concerned that I was feeling no pain. The treatment was 100% succesful. I would thouroughly recommend Mr. Al-Lami to other patients and I would certainly see him again myself.
