Very personable, explained exactly what to expect and put me at ease, inviting me to share any concerns I might have. A great experience and very tidy scar which healed beautifully.

I was thoroughly impressed with my first visit to KIMS and my appointment with Mr Ali Al-Lami. The whole experience was very positive and completely professional throughout. Mr Al-Lami was very clear and concise in every way, I was 100% confident with him. I look forward to my next visit to KIMS.

This dr was very attentive and displayed a kind and caring attitude towards my concerns about my throat. He was very reassuring and within 5 minutes carried out a procedure to look at my throat with a camera. I would highly recommend him and would definitely see him again if necessary. He made me feel very safe and relieved after weeks of worrying about myself. He was professional respectful delightful and jovial. I cannot suggest any way in which he could improve the service he provided.

I originally seen mr Al-lami at an NHS appointment based at Kent and Canterbury where he clearly explained the ultrasound results and what would be his suggestion on the next step, myself as the patient asked if he could carry out the procedure on a private basis, which I did proceed to do so. At KIMS Mr Al-lami was kind and made me very comfortable before and during the procedure. He treated me as a person and not just a patient. Mr Al-lami was true to his word on the scaring after the incision. Everything he did was in my best interest. Thank you
