Alex Woollard is exemplary, and a true professional who goes above and beyond to ensure a solid rapport is built with his patient, and that absolute integrity and transparency are maintained at all times. This of course ensures that expectations are managed very well indeed as communication is prompt, and lengthy discussions are held to ensure absolute understanding and agreement of any procedure and all particulars involved. Pain management schedules are discussed and tailored so are bespoke to the patient’s needs. This of course means the diagnostics are carried out with extreme diligence to ensure the patient does not experience anything adverse and is most comfortable at all times. Further, Alex and his dedicated team, namely Gillian, are incredibly prompt and pick up out of hour emails and ensure Alex is engaged straight away. I can testify to this personally if course as Alex has called me out of hours to have lengthy discussions with to clarify anything queried, and provide any assurances required. To summarise, the entire end to end dealings and procedures are overseen at granular level to ensure a seamless experience and maximise the likelihood of the best surgical outcome and result. I have been treated with absolute dignity and respect throughout, and I am incredibly grateful to feel I am under the care of a Consultant who genuinely cares, and displays diligence and maintains highest level of ethical conduct, and of course absolute professionalism at all times.
