First, Thanx Mr Ramsden !.
My treatment was top class, so far my operation has been a success. And i feel you took my social life into account when dealing with my operation and after care.
You also managed to make me feel relaxed and answer my questions, and unlike some professionals you spoke to me like another person, not like a subject or a lesser being.This makes all the difference.
SOME of the other teams treated me as if i was a car in a garage and barely aknowledge me when talking about my injury, and MUCH to serious to be able to multi task by being "professionals" AND "human". I also felt your pride in your work, as well as witness your craftmanship everytime i look at my leg.
I am very pleased and appreciate what you have done for me.
Thanx again for your time and skills.
