Alexander Hardy was a pleasure to meet. He was charming, engaging and empathetic, whilst presenting as extremely competent, with a good sense of humour. He consulted, explained procedures and kept me informed. He was down-to-earth in his approach and instilled great confidence. My Dad is under Mr Hardy care for more than one years. He talked with my dad through every stage treatments. Mr Hardy makes my dad feels very comfortable about what was happening with him. I would like to add my dad doesn't speak english but Mr Hardy always try to explain everything to my dad. He always make contact with me personally after dad's surgery. I was under Me Harry's card for more than two years, involving three surgeries. He talked me through every stage making me feel very comfortable about what was happening to me.
