Mr Platt has changed my life! I had mastopexy 6 weeks ago and my boobs have never been this good. I am now back at work (as a painter and decorator) with no pain or discomfort whatsoever. The scars are barely noticeable and very neat. I would recommend Mr Platt to anyone and already have, to all my friends and family. Amazing job

I couldn't have asked more from Alastair during the process of my op. He listened to what I wanted and also gave his experienced opinion which was greatly appreciated. Mr Platt was very attentive from my first consultation with him upto the surgery day. He listened to everything I was wanting to achieve and was very thorough. He gave me realistic advice and answers and was not forceful with going through with the surgery at all, he really made sure I went home and had a good think and he also sent me a lot of information about the procedure I was wanting (breast enlargement). Since having the surgery I couldn’t belive how tiny and neat the scars are ! They’ve healed so well and you can barely see them ! The nurses at Spire spoke very highly of Mr Platt and his work especially with breast surgeries. I’m over the moon with my results and I loved the experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend him
