The care I received from Mr Parbhoo was exemplary. From the early consultation, where Mr Parbhoo conveyed both knowledge and experience with my procedure. He really excelled in taking the time to explain in detail the nuances of my condition and the potential treatment.Through to his care and diligence in my procedure and after op care. I felt listen to and that he had geniuine care for how I felt and that I understood all matters. Which built both confidence and wellbeing, as I'm a firm believer in maintaining a positive outlook during these things. This was made considerably easier with Mr Parbhoo's care, delivered with appropriate humour. Mr Parbhoo's care was both reassuring to me, but also to my better half who attended consultations with me. Which cannot be underestimated as its not just the patent that is going through this process but also their family.

Dr Parbhoo performed double jaw surgery and genioplasty to correct my jaw. Although the process has been long, Dr Parbhoo explained things very clearly along the way and then has done an excellent job (from what I can see so far, I am two months post-op). He went above and beyond to fix not only my jaw but sinuses too. I cannot thank him enough for changing my life: my breathing, sinuses and profile are vastly improved. Even with problems along the way, including documents getting lost on the day of my surgery, he was very sincere and apologetic. He then worked outside his usual hours to fit me in a spare spot that became available a week later. He is a very kind doctor who obviously has genuine passion for helping others.

Mr Parbhoo was thoroughly professional and informative throughout my interactions with him in the process of some recent surgery. As well as the exceptional medical care he provided, Mr Parbhoo went beyond what might be expected in order to cater for my schedule. In addition, he took additional time to appease my inquisitive nature and answer the mountains of questions I had. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if the need for care occurred.

Mr Parbhoo performed jaw surgery on me two years ago. His care and professionalism throughout my treatment was second to none. He reassured me before my operation and was a big help explaining things for my family who were going through a difficult time. As cliche as it sounds Mr Parbhoo was genuinely like a friend to me and the team at the Oral Maxillo Facial Surgery, Bedford Hospital, were like a support network for me during a difficult period. I used to look forward to going to my appointments, not only to discuss my treatment and talk about progress, but also to see the smiley staff who were always inquisitive about my A levels. Mr Parbhoo was really caring post op too and helped ensure I found the psychological help I needed after the operation, as at first I found it hard to adjust to my new appearance. Overall I am over the moon with the results of my surgery and Mr Parbhoo's caring nature made the challenging progress so much easier.
