From the moment I first spoke with Mr Hannan he was kind, engaging and reassuring. He is incredibly knowledgeable about his subject matter and the investigations and diagnosis were incredibly quick. At all times, Mr Hannan and his team kept me in the loop on the next steps on what I could expect and when. He is extremely professional and personable. A first-class Consultant and I wouldn't hesitate about recommending Mr Hannan to anyone in need of an EHT Consultant. Thank you very much Mr Hannan.

Mr Hannan is an excellent doctor. His expertise is apparent and he is extremely professional but he is also warm and friendly. He listened and clearly understood, he was sympathetic and took me carefully through what he was thinking. He explained what might be wrong in simple layman's terms and used good analogies. At the end of the consultation he told me what was going to happen next. He also, very importantly, gave me hope and reassured me that my symptoms, which I have had for a number of years and which are quite debilitating, could be resolved with the right treatment. In my opinion, this level of proficiency, coupled with excellent communication skills, is extremely rare in the medical profession. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Hannan. If you have an ENT problem, I would make him your first choice. I am so glad that I did just that.

I have a long-standing issue with tinnitus and hearing loss in my left ear. I contacted Mr Hannan for treatment after an increased tinnitus pitch, pressure, and pain build up in the left ear. After a phone conversation, going over my medical history, the problem was diagnosed as caused by eustachian tube dysfunction (associated with chronic allergic rhinitis). As a result, Mr Hannan prescribed a month-long treatment of Betnesol nasal drops. After starting the medication, I noticed the pain, hearing loss, and pressure significantly decreasing in the left ear. A follow-on appointment in the clinic showed the passages were open in both nasal passages. Further, to keep the nasal passages open in the long term, a letter was sent to my GP to prescribe a stronger corticosteroid nasal drop. During my treatment, further guidance was received via e-mail on how to take the medication. Many thanks for the consultation, treatment and follow-on check-up.
