I can only say positive things about my experience with Mr Hannan. He listened, was attentive, calm and very clear with his explanation of investigations and findings. The first contact was via telephone, he listened to my story and after that he seemed to have a very good idea what the issue was. He gave me a F2F appointment for the next day as well as an appointment with the Audiologist. He explained everything and answered all my questions. His initial diagnosis was confirmed and I was referred to another team for rehab/treatment. It took 2 days to get this sorted, amazing!

Mr Hannan was incredibly helpful and reassuring, taking the time to carefully explain my condition and answer all of my questions. He made time to see me in his clinic just a day after my telephone consultation, and ensured I felt at ease throughout the entirety of the procedure. I have seen many ENT doctors in my lifetime and can vouch for Mr Hannan as the best of the best.
