I visited Mr Hannan following injury to one of my ears (the classic ear bud in ear type injury - which subsequently led to tinnitus in that ear). I was grateful for the insights and guidance I received following assessment. It was evident that as well as being medically expert, Mr Hannan truly cares about the patient and the patient experience - reassuring and explaining as he went along and welcoming any questions or concerns. Thankfully it is a healing process and the outcome is positive, but Mr Hannan gave me self help information and invited follow up should the need arise during my recovery. Being nervous as I was at the outset, I came away with a very positive experience and that was due in no small part to Mr Hannan's reassuring and compassionate approach to the concerns of his patient.
