Dr. Hannan was exceptional from start to finish. I’ve been struggling with debilitating symptoms for the past five months, so I had a lot to share. During our initial phone consultation, Dr. Hannan not only listened attentively but took the time to thoroughly go over every detail and symptom. It was clear he truly cared about understanding the full picture of what I’ve been going through. After a similarly excellent in-person appointment, Dr. Hannan quickly identified that my issue wasn’t related to ENT at all. He went above and beyond by writing letters to my GP and other specialists to ensure I was referred to the right specialist — exactly what I needed all along. I’m incredibly grateful for his thoughtful, proactive care.
