The pulsing in my ear had been troubling me for some time and had reached a point where it was impacting my sleep. Dr Hannan from the very first point of contact, reassured me that I wasn't imagining the pulsing I could hear and from our initial telephone call he explained to me the investigations that would be needed to rule out any serious matters. Dr Hannan and his team quickly arranged for hearing tests, blood tests and a CT scan all to be completed within one afternoon and I received the results 48 hours later when he called me at 8pm to tell me there was nothing sinister shown on my results. As the pulsing had subsided at this point, he informed me that he would leave my case open so if I needed to be referred back for cognitive therapy to deal with the pulsing I could be referred quickly. I found Dr Hannan to be kind, reassuring, approachable and caring and I would highly recommend his services.
