I am a professional vocalist who has been struggling with throat/vocal problems for the last couple of months. After searching online for the best ENT, I came across Doctor Alam’s profile and reviews - I looked no further and immediately booked a telephone consultation. After our first consultation, I felt so comfortable and reassured that he would be able to help. He listened very carefully to all of the details of my case and explained what next steps would look like. I was terrified when he mentioned having to do an endoscopy, as I have had one in the past which was an unpleasant and painful experience, but he changed this negative experience into a positive one. After examination he thoroughly explained what he found and what the diagnosis meant for myself as an individual and for my career as a vocalist. I really appreciated the level of care I received and am very satisfied with my treatment plan! 10/10 would recommend anyone to go and see him!
