I visited the clinic on 26th October 2020. I was incredibly nervous and worried as I had a similar scare a few years ago. Mr Alaa Talaat was so friendly, professional and completely put my mind at ease. Given the current pandemic the whole process from calling my GP to having my appointment at the QEII was incredibly quick and I was seen within 2 weeks. I would really recommend Mr Alaa Talatt, he is an absolute star!

Mr Talaat was reassuring, friendly and professional.
I cannot praise Mr Talaat and his team enough.
At this very worrying time ,

Mr Talaat was very kind and caring, he was thorough and put our mind at rest. He listened to concerns and acted upon them. He respected privacy and dignity at all times and practised pro actively which was refreshing to see. Overall we are very impressed with this clinic and the care provided, also being able to have a partner or someone with you to be your advocate and remember all the information is necessary and much appreciated.
