For anyone looking for a plastic surgeon that they can trust, I would say look no further than Mr El Gawad. I’m now 2 months post-op from my septorhinoplasty and could not be happier with the results that have come of it. Mr El Gawad is nothing but a gentleman. On first meeting him, I was put straight at ease with his calm and professional manner. We discussed my surgery in detail, agreeing on where the changes would be made and what the surgery would entail. I felt that Mr El Gawad perfectly understood my expectations and the results I was looking to achieve. Mr El Gawad is friendly, approachable and above all else a very skilled and talented plastic surgeon. I love my nose and can hand on heart say that for such a delicate and intense procedure I felt very little pain post-surgery. I experienced little to no bruising two weeks post-op and you can barely even see a scar. I would even go so far as to say that my nose is perfect and I’m tremendously happy with the results. I would also like to say that Mr El Gawad’s team were incredible too, with a special mention to his fabulous assistant Rachel, who talked me through all the arrangements and answered all my questions, always ensuring that I knew she was only a phone call or email away. All in all, I couldn’t sing higher praises for Mr El Gawad and couldn’t recommend him enough to those who are seeking a trusting, knowledgeable and incredible plastic surgeon.
