When i was researching about having my breast reduction, i wanted to find a surgeon who had a passion for their job and who was caring and genuine as a person. I found all this in Mr El Gawad. I can honestly say he has a God-given gift and is a true professional. He took the time to understand where i was coming from and make sure i was going to get the best possible result. I was lucky enough to return home the same day of my operation and Mr El Gawad phoned me the following day at lunchtime to see how i was feeling. 4pm there was a delivery of a beautiful bouquet of flowers which was a lovely kind thought to cheer me up during my recovery.
Any little question he has put my mind at rest. I love my new boobs already and know they will be even better once healed. If anyone has any concerns about plastic surgery, please ask him for a consultation. Thankyou Mr El Gawad, you have changed my life.
