Dr Anyanwu did not listen at all. Changed laparoscopy to purely diagnostic as was not able to perform excision. Did not explain what was found/done. No follow up appointment offered. Cancelled second laparoscopy whilst on way to theatre with no explaination ever given (over 2 years ago). Not available during out-patient appointments, did not write notes, did not explain to patient or GP. Very disappointed.
