I saw this doctor in April this year and have waited until after my operation to review him. On my initial consultation I found him to be very patient (I took a list of 16 questions with me), quiet but with an understated sense of humour. He did not rush me in my consultation and willingly explored any alternative to surgery.
I am recovering from surgery with him and have to say that he was kind, patient and covered all my concerns. Even more to the point, the nurses loved him. Not one had a bad thing to say about him.
Would I go back for further surgery if necessary? You bet.
Yes, the nature of the surgery is embarrassing, but they are used to it, and if you need it, you will have to bite the bullet.
