I saw Dr Sawyer about my 'man boobs', which had been a concern for me for some years. We spent some time discussing the pros and cons of the operation, and there was no pressure on me to decide quickly about the surgery. I found him very easy to talk to. Claire, his secretary, was amazing, answering the queries I had along the way and even phoned me at home one day to chat through a couple of questions I had. But ultimately any cosmetic surgery is judged by the results, and now, 3 months post surgery, I'm delighted with the outcome and only wish I'd had it done earlier in life. The other things I'd like to mention is that there was practically no post-op pain and I very quickly got used to wearing the vest you need to wear after the surgery.
