So 10 years ago we met Dr gornall through 2 still birth.
This man went above and beyond to help my wife, if not for him, my wife wouldn't have had her diagnosis of APS and further more my daughter who's now nine wouldn't be here!
He made sure the medication was there and scans frequently.
Our daughter was kept an eye on just because he knew there was a potential for issues, in his words when she's cooked she coming out and that's exactly what he did.
She stopped growing and upon attending the hospital found this grate man to be away (hey everyone is aloud a break) but still none the less he took the call and instructed what had to be done
So from Sammy, Mike and not so little Hope thank you.
I have been under the care of Mr Gornall 4 times, as a result I fortunately have 4 very healthy children aged 16, 12, 8 and 6.
My pregnancies weren't without complications and I was deemed high risk with all of them.
Mr Gornall ensured I recieved the highest possible care with regular scans and consultant visits to monitor the babies and also my health.
I felt the need to leave this review due to all the negative press he has received.
I will always be thankful to him and all the team within Shrewsbury and Telford hospitals.
I delivered 2 children at RSH 1 in the MLU and one in the women and children's centre.
I understand mistakes have been made but also would like people to remember that our NHS do an amazing job, sometimes in unpredictable circumstances.
My wife has had abdominal pains for months now, and when she finally got admitted onto a ward for further investigations a week ago, she was seen by this doctor & another doctor, the first doctor told my wife (after initial scan) that another deeper scan would be needed, but that was dismissed and cancelled by Gornall for some unknown reason, and she still remains in pain, so we have no faith in this doctor, he's basically useless! but it's not entirely surprising given the reputation of The Princess Royal in Telford!
