I had a full tummy tuck 9 years ago now. She was so understanding and listened to what I wanted and was extremely honest about the outcome to expect so not to give me false hope of an unrealistic end result. Everything went to plan and she did a fantastic job but my belly button healed abit "puckered" not her fault just my body and I also had raised keloid scars. She firstly offered to do some revision work on my belly button free of charge , I just paid £300 for the use of a surgical room in the private hospital and she cut away the scarring around my belly button and re stitched it and this time healed perfectly and she gave me injections in my raised scar across my tummy to break down the scar tissue which did the job. I felt she wasn't happy until I was happy and it was a job well done. 9 years on and even though I since had another baby, she must have sown my belly up tight because I only had a tiny pregnancy bump and my tummy went straight back. Happy happy
