Victoria went beyond the call of duty when on call of what I believed both her and her colleagues described as a 12 hours in on a 24 hour shift!! With extremely limited resources within an A&E consult room and a full understanding of the severity of the situation; Victoria, very tired and with great determination and success managed to deal with my situation quickly! The pain I was enduring was really starting to effect my mental health and had this emergency surgery not taken place; I really don’t know what lengths I would have went to, to stop the pain!! Thank you Victoria - with complete sincerity and gratitude; You’re are most certainly a professional in your field. I do not have the name of your colleague, however please extend my thanks to him too!!
