Not a good experience at all - Did not give warning of possible likely surgical complications, not knowledgable of the latest major developments in women’s health research. Has neither a gentle demeanour nor an obviously exceptional medical mind. would recommend avoiding.

I saw Miss freeman-wang to discuss my colposcopy results which had been performed by another consultant. She took the time to properly explain the results of that colposcopy (severe dyskaryosis) and what they meant and the different treatment options available as well as why she thought one was more appropriate than the others. I was really anxious about my condition and wanted to get the problem 'fixed' asap and miss freeman-wang and her secretary, elaine were very understanding and patient with me and my anxiety. The operation i had to fix my problem went smoothly and the results were good and i would happily recommend my friends to see miss freeman-wang if they ever had similar problems

I would strong avoid seeking an alternative gynaecologist if you are considering seeing Dr Theresa Freeman Wang. When I saw her for a consultation she failed to explain all the risks of a laparoscopy, failed to adequatrly explain all the alternatives to surgery for my condition, and offered a patchy explanation of endometriosis, one of the most common medical conditions a gynaecologist treats. She was also rushed and distracted every time I saw her (which was several times) - and in short, I would suggest arranging an appointment with someone more experienced and reputable. If you are considering private healthcare, there are many better gynaecologists who are worth the money. If you are referred by your GP on the NHS, please consider asking for an alternative.
