I had my operation in 2016 at The Royal Liverpool Hospital, Miss Susannah Shore was my consultant surgeon.
I was on ward 9Y for 10 days, during which time Miss Shore saw me every day. She is totally approachable, professional and makes one feel at ease in her presence. She also met with my wife and myself and explained my treatment exceptionally well. Miss Shore introduced me to the team that were to help her during the surgery, and I felt that I could trust her whole-heartedly. I am really impressed with her friendly but professional way she goes about her business.
My operation took 6 hours, it was successful and I have Miss Shore to thank for that. I have regular follow up appointments and am always delighted to see Miss Shore and her friendly team.
