A wonderful lady who genuinely listens .Friendly and understands exactly what I was going through . I cannot believe how well my procedure went . I am 6 days post op and already can hardly see my scar .I had scars removed it's incredible what this lady has done I am hoping I can start to live my life now once I have recovered . Even as an NHS patient I had such good care face to face visits after my op all with care from Miss Ward . I felt so safe knowing I was in the hands of this lady .

So lovely, would definitely recommend, was so reassuring and caring. The procedure went very smoothly and you can tell she is a very genuine woman who actually cares.
