In all the time I have been to the RLI I have never been spoken to in the way that this doctor did. She didn't listen to me at all and cut me off in the middle of me explaining the symptoms I have been suffering with. She didn't offer me any treatment to help with the problem, and sent me away with more questions than answers. If you have been referred to see this doctor then I suggest you ask to see someone else.
