I saw Ms Biswas in the NHS menopause clinic at Woodlands Hospital.
I arrived late due to a traffic problem, but apologised and she still agreed to see me.
If you want a doctor to hold your hand and make sympathetic noises then Ms Biswas is maybe not for you. But if you want a doctor who is very knowledgeable, and decisive to deal with your problem directly and clearly then I recommend her to you 100%
I found her direct but very knowledgeable, not patronising, asked clear questions to analyse the problem first, then came up with a clear and sensible treatment plan.
Examination and tests at the first appointment, no time wasted, excellent, thank you .
