Whilst she appears to be a little aloof she listens and really engages with the patient. It is great to have a consultant who, when dealing with a subject that at its worst could be life threatening, explains the position carefully and clearly. She made me feel relaxed about my forthcoming procedure and gave me great confidence as to the likely outcome. Thanks Sofia
