Dr Maleki has been fantastic helping me with not only with getting me referrals to test me for asthma and COPD. I was unwell for a couple of weeks and spoke to NHS 111 drs, a walk in clinic dr and another dr in my practice and a pharmacist. I gave each health care professional my symptoms and told them in spite of their previous advice I wasnt feeling any better . I called my surgery and Dr Maleki called me back. She was sympathetic, polite and caring she asked me about my symptoms and finally gave me a possible solution to my ongoing illness. She advised that I may have acute sininitis and prescribed me antibiotics. If it didn't work to call the surgery again. Within 3 days I was feeling much better and I was so frustrated at not getting anywhere with the other doctors I cried on the phone to her because it felt that I was finally being understood. If she hadn't given me the antibiotics I just wouldn't have been able to feel better and get back to work.

I felt Dr Maleki was very clear and informative in explaining to me the best way forward in treating my condition. Dr Maleki is polite, approachable and professional.
