I am a long term patient of Miss Sharmistha Williams for over 23 years. I suffer with severe arthritis for over 40 years and I can honestly say she has always supported me over many of those years by referring me for physiotherapy and hydrotherapy that was necessary. She has also referred me for different trials that were available in order to improve the quality of life. She has also rang me on several occasions to make sure treatment was working and through her Secretary, Wendy smith i am always able to get the best treatment or back up support regarding medicines because communication is excellent. She also allows enough time to discuss treatments and medicines thoroughly which is severely lacking in the national health services.

Sharmista Williams is incredibly incompetent in her profession. She is rude, bad tempered and doesn’t provide proficient support for those under her care. I am a severely ill rheumatologist patient who has had a significant decline in health and Sharmista Williams has been nothing but incompetent. She didn’t address the issues raised, she didn’t spend time listening to my symptoms and my time in A&E, and as a result she scolded me whilst saying that the symptoms I’m suffering with are ‘imagined’. I required urgent blood work and CT scans, neither of which were given. I have been in and out of A&E at the hands of Sharmista Williams. I have since asked for my care to be changed.
