I saw Mrs Akbar to discuss my MRI report and treatment options on 18.01.23. I was a bit afraid about the whole procedure that I will require and the risks. However, after meeting Mrs Akbar I feel assured and feel that I will be in safe hands. She immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed, giving me her full attention and time listening to all my concerns and problems, she also answered all my questions and asked me relevant questions. She has an empathetic, caring, pleasant and warm personality/demeanour. I am glad I found her to help me with my fibroid issue. I feel that I can trust her competence.
