The registration procedure at the Department is confusing. Patients should either self register their arrival on the console provided or at the receptionist's desk. At the moment it is necessary to report to the receptionist even though one may have self registered. However, once the receptionist found out that I was not late for my appointment ( I had actually arrived 30 minutes early and self registered), I was seen almost immediately. The doctor I saw was very attentive and she took time to carry out a full examination and with reference to my medical history to question me further about my concerns and write up detailed notes. She recommended further scans to assist with her diagnosis and arrangements are being made for this. I am quite happy with the treatment provided and the care that was shown.
