I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and support you and your staff provided throughout my surgery. From the initial consultation, I was overwhelmed with anxiety, by past experiences. However, your genuine consideration for my PTSD/panic attacks from the outset made a world of difference. Your professionalism, patience and understanding were evident upon meeting, and your reassurance with the process helped alleviate my nervousness. Melanie (I believe her name was), from Pre-assessment, was equally accommodating in ensuring my comfort and peace of mind. Her empathy and proactive approach, particularly in understanding my response to medical settings, helped me through the necessary procedures. On the day of the surgery, during waves of panic, the prioritisation and the compassionate care from the day surgery nurses were deeply appreciated. Their consistent support, even during my moments of distress, made a significant difference in my experience. The surgeon's calm demeanour and genuine empathy during our one-to-one was very comforting. Her straightforward yet compassionate approach, especially during moments of panic, helped me feel safe, seen and understood. The accommodations made during the surgery, such as limiting the number of staff in the theatre, and comforting words demonstrated a level of care and consideration to my situation. The nurse who held my hand until I was asleep played a big part in my calmness and the nurse who visited me during recovery (One hidden in the theatre before I slept) Personally came out to ensure I was feeling much better. Throughout my recovery, the attentive care of your staff continued to reassure me, and their kindness did not go unnoticed. Even the small gestures, like being escorted to the front of the hospital, made a world of difference in my overall experience. Patient journey focused. It's challenging to articulate the impact of PTSD, but the emotional and physical support I received from Sascha and her team exceeded my expectations. It reassured me that hospital visits need not always be daunting experiences. Despite the waves of panic, I felt surrounded by compassion and understanding every step of the way. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to you and your team for recognising the importance of mental health, even when it's not immediately visible. Thank you for your dedication, compassion, and professionalism. Your commitment to patient care is truly commendable and has left a lasting impression on me. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I received under your leadership. With sincere appreciation, Matthew

Fantastic care provided by this doctor at a time when most needed. She did exactly what she said she would and was personally involved in aftercare. The cosmetic result was amazing. A very friendly and caring attitude at all times.
