Miss Dua was very informative, explaining in detail what was wrong and what treatment was needed. She was also very positive giving me confidence and assurance.
On the day of the operation she was very kind but businesslike and invited questions. After the operation she told my husband that the operation had gone as expected before I had returned to the ward and then reassured me later.
Today, I went for the follow-up appointment and she was genuinely pleased to tell me my good results. She explained the process as now I move on to radiotherapy and what to expect in future years.
Miss Dua has an engaging and pleasant manner and instills confidence in achieving a positive outcome.
