From the start Miss Dua put me at ease. It is a very frightening thing to be told you have cancer. She explained all the procedures to me and did her best to reassure me. On the day of my surgery she greeted me and all her staff with a cheerful smile and a totally approachable manner. After the surgery she spoke to me again to reassure me that all had gone well. My subsequent appointment was to discuss the results of the biopsy. Again her reassuring and friendly manner made it easy to listen and take in what was being said, and also made it easy to ask questions. I know what my options are which removes the fear of ‘what next?’. I was extremely happy with the care and respect I received from Miss Dua and her entire team. It seemed clear that her manner extended to her team as well, which adds to the overall experience as they were all wonderful and made a good team. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who found themselves in my unfortunate situation.
