The doctor gave a clear prognosis and was a good listener. She managed to put my mind at rest at a very scary time. Her warm personality was vitally important at such a difficult time. Even though I requested regular mammograms over the years because of my family history, it still came as a shock to learn that I had cancer. I must also say that I met with great kindness and compassion at all levels within the hospital and must say a word of thanks to the lovely lady who found my coat, which I left behind on the day of surgery. She looked after it till I could collect it.

Miss James has been incredibly supportive with my treatment - I have had a mastectomy and a reconstruction at the same time, unfortunately, I have had a problem with the implant - this is no ones fault but I have had it replaced by Miss James and again it has gone wrong - I am now having it removed but Miss James has been incredibly understanding and has arranged to get it dealt with very quickly. I am very confident in all the care I have received from Miss James and her entire team and would like to sincerely thank you for your care, support and empathy.

Once again Miss James and her team were amazing. 5 years ago they sorted out my breast cancer with surgery and radiotherapy. The kind and caring attitude from all is so reasurring when your mind goes into overdrive. Unfortunately my cancer came back and i had to have a mastectomy in June this year. Miss James was so reassuring and kind, the speed of my operation in these times of Covid and waiting list was amazing and I thank all involved. Once in hospital the care was incredible and the home care team and follow up team all brilliant. Thank you all so very much
