As a parent faced with a chronically ill child needing tonsillectomy but with COVID preventing this for logistical reasons with hospitals closed to operation and re-opening slowly:
1) Fantastically skilful
2) Amazing bedside manner as wonderful communicator
3) Sensitive to patient need
4) ‘Can do’/ ‘Can help’ attitude
