I’ve took my dad in for a couple of appointments regarding an autoimmune disorder and we’re not satisfied with how this doctors miss aggarrwal has treated him. She is well spoken but does not take into consideration what you are asking from her. She does come across as very abrupt and give us the complete opposite information as to what she told us on our first appointment. It was either her way or the high way! I walked out of her office along with my dad with no trust in her what so ever. She was smirking whilst we were leaving her office which made me feel even more uncomfortable.

I have been a patient of Ms Aggarwal for many years and I am really pleased with the care and treatment she has given me for a long term ear condition I have. ENT is a vary busy department and she has always gone above and beyond to treat me on short notice when I’ve been suffering, even during pandemic. Ms Aggarwal has a very kind and calm approach. I feel at ease with her and she is able to get procedures over and done with in a few seconds compared to others that have treated me, which helps as I have been a very anxious patient at times, I am getting much more relaxed after having consistent care from the same person, who I know trust.
