I hadn't met Dr. Kubaisi before I arrived in the Theatre as there was a change from the planned anaesthetist. Although there was a need to move quickly, Dr. Kubaisi took the time to introduce herself and explain the procedure. There was a check- list to go through but this wasn't rushed and my responses were listened to and noted. Dr. Kubaisi was very professional and gave me an impression of confidence and competency but also approachable and I wouldn't have hesitated to ask questions. I was visited the following day on the Ward and again I was impressed by her interest in my care and wellbeing.

Miss Kubaisi is a wonderful doctor. She is full of knowledge, understanding and compassion. She took the time to listen, answer all my questions. I was happy with the information I was given. She treated me as an individual, is non-judgemental and puts you at ease from the moment you meet her. She gets involved with her patients and checks on them both pre and post procedure. On top of everything, she has a great sense of humour. I can't tell you how pleased I am with her care. Her patient care and approach is the Gold standard all doctors should aspire to achieve. I can't recommend her highly enough and feel very privileged to have been under her care.

From the first moment we met this anaesthetist at the pre-assesment clinic, I knew that she would be the best person to look after my sick mother. Dr. Kubaisi explained everything I needed to hear. She was very reassuring throughout and answered all my queries. My mother had a lot of medical problems and I was worried about her anaesthetic but I was relieved with Dr Kubaisi's explanations. My mother was very happy with her anaesthetic. This doctor is so loyal and dedicated. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention my mother had received. I cannot thank her enough! I have been to ESH for an operation for my hip. The anaesthetist was brilliant. She explained the anaesthetic in detail prior to my operation. She did explain few ways to administer the anaesthetic and I was advised to the best one to choose. I was very comfortable with the outcome. She had great manners, knowledge and mainly very skilled in what she was doing. Thank you so much for making a great difference. You are a credit to the hospital. God bless you.

I saw this Anesthetist prior to my eye operation last week. I was so nervous and worried and couldn't sleep the night before. She explained to me in detail what I was expecting and reassured me that I won't feel anything. She was right as I didn't. She's excellent and extremely caring. She gave me premedication which seemed to have calmed me down. I was surely in very safe hands. This doctor is certainly a credit to her profession and workplace. Very compassionate and really words can't explain how grateful I am. God bless her and family
