Miss Wuntakal was such a lovely lady along with CNS Mandy. They put me at ease and explained everything to me, you didn't feel rushed which is really important and they both listened to any questions or concerns I had even if I repeated myself they explained it again. Listening is one of the most important skills to have as a clinician, to enable a good rapport to be built up between both parties. Thank you Rekha and Mandy you are a fabulous team and I have complete trust in your care.

I met Miss Wuntakal at my second consultation recently. Miss Wuntakal is not only extremely professional, she is also very approachable. I was made to feel very welcome, everything was explained clearly, she even took the time to go over what was previously explained to me. I was booked for one investigation but Miss Wuntakal also suggested further investigations while I was there. Under the circumstance this was a great consultation. I would highly recommend Miss Wuntakal!!!

Dr Wuntakal is a very kind and understanding, listening to all my concerns took time to explain the procedure the whole team visited after the operation to see how I was feeling, Dr Wuntakal even telephoned me at home to see how I was which was very much appreciated.
