I have now had the pleasure of being able to see Miss Rekha twice one at Queens and today at King Georges Hospital and although over a year in between remembered me immediately which in my opinion shows care and commitment to her patients, each time the striking difference I find is that she is very upbeat and puts you at ease from the moment you see her combined with a professionalism and knowledge base that instils complete trust. She takes her time in explaining everything before and during any procedures and always takes that little extra time to ask if you have any questions before you leave which again shows care and is very reassuring. A talented professional but down to earth approach that made my appointments calm and easy instead of being nervous and stressful so consider myself lucky to be under her care.

I knew that my hysteroscopy was going to be tough. However, I was reassured as soon as I stepped into the consulting room. Dr Wuntakal was very professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail, she certainly didn’t sugar coat anything so I knew what to expect. I’m so grateful for that- thank you so much. I would also like the thank her team for keeping me calm throughout(thanks Kathy, Maria and a very supportive student midwife who will be wonderful in her role). Thanks again.

Excellent doctor treated a polyp there and then once found. I was not expecting to have surgery but she reassured me that I could manage the procedure . The nurses Natasha and Georgia were also great they kept me talking throughout which distracted me. I am so grateful it was treated and I have not had to wait and worry. I am making a good recovery now thank you again Michele

Miss Wuntakal was the kindest doctor. Always listened to my concerns and put me at ease. She made me feel very apart of any decision and answered every question in detail. Would recommend 10000x over and over again. Her team today Georgia and Natasha were brilliant. You could tell they were good friends and from the moment I walked in it felt as if I was chatting with friends, very warm, kind, friendly girls. They’re a real asset to Miss Wuntakal and I’ll be requesting for this team every time I need to visit, if possible. Thank you!

Dr Rekha Wuntakal took time to put me at my ease, as I was extremely nervous. She was very caring and explained clearly the procedure she needed to perform. Both she and her team, Vera and Florence were very patient and encouraging and was treated with dignity and respect. I am very thankful to them for their kindness.
