Ramandeep Basra provided excellent care on very short notice. She substituted the fear of a cancer for the reality of lichen sclerosis, which came with its own uncertainties. She was gentle, relaxed and generous with her approach to me. She explained clearly the reasons for choosing certain medications and not choosing others, and she answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I left feeling that although there would be no further appointments with her, I had been referred onwards to more specialist and therefore appropriate care.
