I can highly recommend Rachel. She listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She gave me advice on which procedure would work for me and explained exactly how the surgery will be performed. The results are exactly how I hoped they would be, better actually. I did a lot of research on my mastectomy options, and the reassurance Dr Holt gave me in our initial consultation was a big factor in deciding on a DIEP procedure with partial reconstruction. I am more that delighted with the results, and everyone I show, both medical and non-medical, have been highly impressed with how neat the scars are, and how quickly I became mobile again. At every stage Dr Holt gave me realistic expectations of how I was going to feel and the various stages of recovery. As a team, they have been the right balance of professional and approachable, and I know I could ask any questions during my hospital stay and in my aftercare. They went above and beyond to get me an operation date that would fall within the parameters of my cancer care. The DIEP has given me a renewed body confidence after a gruelling couple of years, and most importantly, the mental assurance that my medical team have done all they can to eliminate the cancer and give me the best chance of avoiding a relapse. I first came to Rachel Holt a year and a half ago wanting to book a labiaplasty procedure. My consultations with Rachel on the run up to the procedure were amazing, I felt she really listened to me and my concerns and was very honest about acheviable results and what to expect. On the day of my surgery Rachel and her team in the operating room were so reassuring and supportive, I felt completely at ease throughout the whole process. I opted for a wedge technique, with any wedge labiaplasty there is a risk of the wound opening up and unfortunately this happen in my case. In the days following my procedure Rachel and her team were very supportive, Rachel saw me very quickly and added additionsl stitches to help the recovery process. I felt communication was always on hand whilst recovering and I had weekly check up appointments to make sure I was healing properly. After a 3 month review, I decided to opt for a revision surgery to correct the look of the labia that had opened up to ensure both sides were symmetrical. Just as before, I could not fault Rachel and her team at the Alexandra throughout the whole revision surgery. Having now healed properly after my revision I am so happy with results and feel so much more confident and confortable. I can't recommend Rachel enough, she has been so supportive throughout my journey, she really cares about her patients and I'm very grateful for her services over the two years.

Rachel is just amazing, my surgery is the best decision I have ever made for myself. I'm so glad I chose Rachel as she made me feel so comfortable and confident in her abilities as a surgeon. From our first meeting I felt valued and understood and it was clear how much knowlegde and experience she has. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had prior to surgery.
