Why this woman is a doctor, I have no idea. She was rude to her staff as well as to me, she did not listen to me properly or have any understanding for the way I was feeling. She ordered the lady about who was in the room with us, sending her to fetch something and when she couldn’t find it, she tutted and rolled her eyes. She was cross that the computer was slow and instead scrawled down notes in what felt like an attempt to get rid of me quicker. I was cut off while trying to speak, and had things I said regarding the psychological impact of my problems dismissed with a head shake. I was told I could have a procedure and was curtly told it was painful. I had leaflets shoved at me detailing it and was asked if I wanted it. I felt totally bamboozled but agreed and was made to sign some forms. I was so upset I had no idea what I signed or what the procedure was. I left the room and burst into tears in the corridor. There is no way I will be allowing her to perform whatever the procedure is, and I would rather continue with my pain than ever have to see her again.
