I liked the fact that she saw me much earlier for my appointment than scheduled.I thought I might have interrupted her lunch break! She introduced herself as it was her Registrar that did my surgery so this was the first time I had seen her. My questions were listened to .The answers given were carefully and concisely explained to me. She made me feel comfortable at asking questions.
