After struggling with getting pregnant for over a year, I decided to seek professional help and was recommended Dr Atalla by my friend who used her to successfully fall pregnant after doing one round of IVF. My first consultation was a discovery session for us both so she could better understand my history and I could ask questions and understand my options. Fertility has such a big focus on BMI and sadly mine was very high, which made me ineligible for IVF. We discussed why BMI is important in pregnancy and why we should focus on weight loss first whilst continuing to try and conceive naturally. Of course, I was disappointed that I couldn’t start IVF straight away but Dr Atalla is extremely professional, supportive, direct, realistic and by the end of the session I had a plan, follow-up tests and appointments booked in and had excitement that I was in great hands. I think it is important to remember that seeing a fertility specialist isn’t a quick fix that magically makes you fall pregnant. It is an option that takes time, trust in your professional, positivity to overcome times that are overwhelming and commitment to your treatment to see results. I highly recommend Dr Atalla to anyone who is seeking help to have a baby. She has a wealth of knowledge and years of successful practical experience in her field and is in the business on making babies not money, which is very refreshing in todays time.

Miss Atalla and her staff/secretary have been amazing. There was a comprehensive questionnaire to complete before the assessment, I learnt so much just from one appointment. She has recommended really helpful and useful contacts plus I received the follow up letter within days of the appointment. I emailed her the day I received the letter and got an instant response (even though she was actually away on holiday!) I feel very confident in her care.

I’ve have been cared for by Nataly for 8 years. Nataly brings results for IVF patients one of the best in the UK. She has helped and treated myself and my husband resulting in a twin birth and single birth. Nataly is compassionate and professional in all aspects of Healthcare. IVF is not an easy process and you go through many emotions. Nataly was able to navigate us through the process, giving us a full understanding of how it works but more importantly not giving us any false hope. Whilst it may not be what we want to hear, it is important for any consultant to be honest in the outcomes. I would recommend Nataly to anyone on this journey, Nataly and her husband delivered our youngest child, it was the most amazing experience, we are grateful for all their help and guidance.
