During the consultation I felt listened to and reassured. She put me at my ease before examining me thoroughly and carefully. Even doing my smear test as it's hard for me to get to appointments (I use a wheelchair). My options were explained and I was given details of where to look up more information online.

I would have liked more explanation about what the consultant was going to do and why, stage by stage. Also both the consultant and nurse did not introduce themselves using #hellomynameis which would have helped me feel more comfortable and reassured during what is quite a personal and self-conscious appointment.
