Michelle Fynes was exceptional. She introduced herself and the medical student present. She was professional and gave me time to discuss my medical history. She provided a plan of care and everything has taken place - for example scan, cryotherapy and review. The appointment was to time. In talking through the findings she provided options and listened to my point of view so that I had an informed choice.
